How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance to the Outfy Affiliate Program, you will receive your unique reference handle and affiliate link. These will track all of your referrals. When educating your audience about Outfy, be sure to use your unique affiliate link.
Our tracking cookies last 30 days. This means that if a visitor clicks on your affiliate link posted on your website, you will be credited with the referral as long as the visitor signs up within 30 days.
When the user becomes a paying customer and retains their plan for 2 months, you will earn a one-time commission of 2X payment.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data that works with web browsers. It's purpose is to store information like user preference, login or registration information, and shopping cart contents.
When someone comes to your blog or website and clicks on your affiliate link, a cookie is placed on their computer or mobile device. This cookie is used to remember the link or ad that the visitor clicked on.
Thanks to this cookie, even if your referrals leave your site and come back a week later to make a purchase, you will get credit for it and receive commission.
How long will a cookie last?
Your tracking cookie will last for 30 days. Any sales made during these 30 days will be attributed to you and earn you a commission.
What is the commission structure?
As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn commissions by referring users to a paid Outfy plan through your unique affiliate link. Currently, our commission structure is as follows:
- Monthly plan commission : You will receive 100% of one month's payment. When a user you refer becomes a paying customer and maintains their plan for at least two months, you will earn a one-time commission equivalent to one month's subscription charges. For example, if someone signs up for a monthly paid Outfy Enterprise plan ($120) using your affiliate link and remains a customer for two months, you will earn a $120 commission.
- Yearly plan commission : You will receive 50% of one year's payment. When a user subscribes to an Annual plan, you will earn a one-time commission equivalent to 50% of the annual subscription charges. For instance, if someone signs up for an Annual Outfy Enterprise plan ($120 x 12 = $1440) using your affiliate link, you will earn a commission of $720.
Note: There is no limit to the number of merchants you can refer to Outfy. The more you refer, the more you can earn!
How does payment work?
The Outfy Affiliate Program supports only PayPal for affiliate payouts.
For credits created from the 1st up to and including the 15th of the month, the payout will happen five business days after the 15th day of the month.
For credits created between the 16th to and including the last day of the month, the payout will be processed five business days after the last day of the month.
If the commission balance is below $100, then it will be held until the next payout period.
For any payment disputes, you may contact us with complete details regarding the issue. We will review your message and do what we can to resolve it ASAP.
How do I get paid?
We will deposit all the money you make directly through your PayPal account. You can keep track of your commission in your portal dashboard!
What information can I track about the users I refer?
You can track who your users are, the revenue per payment period from all your users, and the total revenue to date from all your users.
Also, you can track when a merchant has switched from a trial to a paid plan - if they have not bought a paid plan, they will be marked as "frozen".
Important: For privacy reasons, you cannot track the revenue of a specific merchant. We value privacy.
